Do you offer a gift wrap service??

Yes, we do! When selecting your products please also select ‘Grift Wrap’ product and add to your cart. Our team will then contact you to discuss which type of wrapping paper you would like for gifting products. All gift-wrapped orders are delivered in one of our custom ShopThullz.Com luxurious pouches.

Do you have an App??

Not yet…but our Web Developers are working on it. However, you can still shop on the go and get full customer support using our mobile website.

Return Policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any of our Organic Cosmetic products or Herbal remedies as we cannot resell once they are dispatched to a customer. If you dislike the product, we advise you inform our support team via the contact us page and discard the product. Please do not send the product back to us unless you are advised to by our support team.

Refund Policy?

If dis-satisfied with our products you can request a refund withing 7days of receiving your order by contacting our Support team via the contact page quoting your order number. Please note that refunds are due to manufactures discretion. So, we advise that you take careful consideration prior to placing an order and contact our dedicated customer support team if you have any questions on any of our products.

Are your products Vegan?

Yes! The majority of ShopThullz.com products are vegan unless stated in the product description. All our Vegan product have the ‘Vegan sticker’ on the packaging, but if in doubt please feel free to contact our Support team via the contact page.
