This tea is formulated to help treat the symptoms of contact dermatitis (eczema) and similar skin conditions. We believe that there’s much more to treating such conditions than just simply rubbing creams and gels on the skin. When treating/managing eczema we recommend a holistic approach which combines our Rooted Romance-Eczema Tea along side our Skin Juju oils, butters, gels, and washes. In this tea blend our scientist infused Southern African Rooibos (red bush) roots with the traditional Chinese root angelica sinensis (Dong Quai) and other traditional herbs. The tea works to reduce skin thickness, swelling and the production of cytokines. Cytokines add to skin inflammation, and scientific researchers found that this mechanism could be used to treat eczema successfully.
